Hydroponic Carbon Capture Anywhere, Simply - CarbonGood - is being developed in partnership with Ecocity Builders and we already have a prototype in operation.
CarbonGood will let us continue to use our essential fossil-fueled infrastructure until we get something better, by transforming carbon emissions cheaply and easily into something useful instead of pushing them down a hole in the ground and praying they stay there.
The prototype is already demonstrating that CarbonGood could be built and deployed right now, with what we already have. It should even be profitable. And CarbonGood may be the only carbon capture approach that can be done big enough and fast enough to make a difference.
The CarbonGood concept has actually been online on this old site since 2014 - the move to this new site is to make content smarter, more accessible and mobile-friendly. We've put this into the public domain where as many people as
possible can help us to make it reality because our carbon trajectory needs fixing
very, very fast.
That won't be achieved by locking CarbonGood up with patents, or our holding on to some piece of essential proprietary tech. That's why we're Open Source licensing CarbonGood for public use. We'll also be open source licensing its big brother, CarbonGoodPro.
